A 16-foot welded-aluminum uncrewed surface vessel, designed to transit fast on gas, hold station for weeks on electric power and solar, and ship two to a standard container. The first hull, Eureka 001, is in trial operations on Ontario waters.
The gas engine is sized for a 24-knot cruise, with up to 1,200 km of range at economical speed. On station, differential electric thrusters hold position quietly on an 11 kWh battery bank, recharged by 800 W of solar.
Launches from a trailer at any boat ramp. Two vessels stack in a standard 20-foot ISO container, so a patrol pair travels anywhere a container ships, including northern sealift.
Doppler radar, thermal and colour cameras, and an AIS transceiver feed an onboard AI edge processor. Fused contacts reach the operator over Starlink, LTE, or RF.
